Booking & Scheduling • Weed control services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. • For large or heavily infested areas, we may require photos or an on-site assessment before confirming. Service Coverage • Weed control includes: • Hand pulling or targeted spray of visible weeds • Spot treatment in garden beds, pathways, and turf areas • Eco-friendly or chemical-based treatment options depending on preference and yard conditions • Weed prevention treatments are available as add-ons to regular service plans. Access Requirements • All service areas must be fully accessible at the scheduled time. • Gates must be unlocked, and pets secured. • Please ensure the lawn or treatment area is cleared of any obstacles. Treatment Notice • If chemical treatments are used, we recommend keeping pets and people off treated areas for 24 hours or as directed. • We may delay treatment during high wind or rain to ensure product effectiveness and safety. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. • Last-minute cancellations may incur a $25 fee. • Missed appointments due to inaccessibility will be treated as a billable visit. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Late or unpaid invoices may affect future bookings.
