Booking & Scheduling • All planting services must be booked at least 3 days in advance. • Service is scheduled Monday–Friday, based on weather and material availability. • Once your form is submitted, we will confirm the final date within 24 hours. Scope of Service • Service includes delivery, proper placement, soil preparation, and planting of selected trees and/or shrubs. • We ensure correct depth, spacing, mulching, and watering upon installation. • Plant selection can be client-provided or chosen by DreamYard Sol based on site conditions and preferences. Client Responsibilities • Ensure the planting area is clear of obstructions, debris, and underground utilities. • Mark irrigation systems, lines, or buried wires clearly prior to our arrival. • Watering and maintenance after installation are the client’s responsibility unless enrolled in a care plan. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Free cancellation if made 48 hours before service. • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in a $75 fee. • Weather-related delays will be rescheduled without charge. Warranty & Plant Health • Plants installed by DreamYard Sol include a 14-day health guarantee if client follows our care guide. • Longer warranties available when bundled with a maintenance plan. • DreamYard Sol is not responsible for damage caused by drought, pests, overwatering, or neglect. Payment Terms • A deposit may be required for large or special-order plant materials. • Remaining balance is due at time of service completion. • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. Satisfaction Guarantee • Every plant is installed with precision, care, and longevity in mind. • If you’re not satisfied with placement or appearance, let us know on the spot — we’ll fix it.
