Booking & Scheduling • Services must be booked at least 2 days in advance. • Available Monday through Friday, weather permitting. • Appointments are confirmed via call or text within 24 hours of submission. Scope of Service • Cleanup includes: • Leaf removal • Debris clearing • Branch/limb removal • Seasonal bed prep or reset • Lawn & edging touch-up • Additional services (e.g., mulching, hauling, aeration) are available at extra cost. Client Preparation • Please ensure yard access is unlocked and clear of vehicles or obstructions. • Pets must be secured for safety of all parties. • We recommend marking any areas of concern (e.g., delicate plants, hidden irrigation). Rescheduling & Cancellations • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late change fee. • Weather delays will be rescheduled at no cost. Waste Disposal • Cleanup waste will be: • Bagged and left at curbside (standard), or • Hauled away for an additional fee — quoted based on volume. Payment Terms • Full payment is due upon job completion. • Accepted forms: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Jobs requiring significant hauling may require a deposit. Satisfaction Guarantee • We walk through the job post-cleanup to ensure satisfaction. • If any areas are missed or need attention, we’ll handle them on the spot.
