Booking & Scheduling • All sod installation services must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance to allow time for sod ordering and delivery. • Services are available Monday through Friday, weather permitting. • A confirmation call or text will be sent once your appointment is reviewed and confirmed. Sod Options • We install Bermuda, Zoysia, Fescue, and other region-appropriate sod types. • Sod type must be selected at booking. If unsure, we’ll assist during your consultation. Service Inclusions • Includes site preparation, old grass removal (if needed), soil leveling, fresh sod installation, and post-installation watering. • Pricing is based on square footage, sod type, and prep requirements. • Additional charges apply for heavy debris removal, grading, or major prep work. Property Preparation • Client is responsible for ensuring the work area is free of debris, vehicles, and obstacles prior to installation. • Gates must be unlocked and pets secured for full access. • If property is not ready upon arrival, a $50 standby fee may be applied. Water Access • Client must provide access to a functional water source for immediate watering after sod installation. A hose is required on-site. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be subject to a $100 fee to cover sod reservation and delivery prep. Payment Terms • A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure materials. • Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, or Cash App. Satisfaction Guarantee • We guarantee proper installation. Contact us within 48 hours if you notice an issue and we’ll address it promptly. • Proper watering and care after installation is the client’s responsibility and essential to sod health.
