Booking & Scheduling • All pressure washing appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Services are available Monday–Saturday, weather permitting. • You will receive a confirmation via call/text within 24 hours of submitting your request. Included Services Pressure washing is available for: • Driveways & sidewalks • Patios & decks • Fences & siding • Exterior home surfaces (non-roof) • Other surfaces upon request (quoted separately) Note: Roof cleaning is not offered at this time. Client Responsibilities • Ensure access to outdoor water spigot and clear area of vehicles, furniture, or obstructions. • Delicate areas should be marked or mentioned in the booking form to prevent damage. • Electricity access may be required depending on equipment needs. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late changes or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. • Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no charge. Pricing & Estimates • All services are quoted based on square footage and surface type. • Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion of service. • Accepted forms: Cash, Card, Venmo, Cash App. • Large jobs or specialized requests may require a deposit.
