Booking & Scheduling • All mulch installation appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Services are available Monday through Saturday, weather permitting. • A confirmation will be sent via text or phone call once your request is reviewed and accepted. Mulch Options • We offer premium hardwood mulch, dyed mulch (black, brown, red), and natural bark mulch. • Mulch type and color must be selected during booking. If unsure, we can help during the consultation. Service Scope • Includes delivery, prep, bed edging (if needed), weed removal (light), and full mulch installation. • Pricing is based on square footage and mulch type. • Minimum charge may apply for small beds or remote locations. Property Preparation • Beds should be cleared of excessive debris, toys, or furniture prior to arrival. • We can remove light weeds or prep minor areas. Heavy prep may require additional labor charges. • Pets must be secured and access gates unlocked. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 fee. • In case of weather delays, we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, or Cash App. • A deposit may be required for large mulch orders (over 5 cubic yards).
