Booking & Scheduling • All leaf removal services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Services are provided Monday through Friday, based on availability. • Appointments are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Service Inclusions • Leaf blowing, raking, and full yard cleanup (lawns, flower beds, walkways, and driveways). • Bagging or mulching of leaves depending on volume and client preference. • Haul-away included upon request (additional fee may apply for excessive volume). Access Requirements • Service areas must be clear of vehicles, pets, and large obstacles at the time of service. • Gates must be unlocked, and pets secured. • If access is not possible at arrival, service may be rescheduled with a $25 trip fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $25 fee. • Weather delays (high wind, heavy rain) may lead to rescheduling for safety and service quality. Payment Terms • Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless prearranged. • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Failure to pay may result in paused future service until the balance is cleared. Volume Disclaimer • Properties with excessive leaf buildup may require adjusted pricing. This will be communicated clearly before work begins.
