Booking & Scheduling • All landscape bed projects must be booked at least 3 days in advance to allow for material planning and site assessment. • Services are available Monday through Friday, weather permitting. • A team member will confirm your booking and follow up with a pre-project consultation if needed. Service Scope • Includes design layout, edging, soil prep, mulch or rock installation, and planting (if selected). • Projects are customized based on client input, site conditions, and budget. • Add-ons like weed barriers, decorative borders, or premium plants are available upon request. Site Preparation • Client must ensure the area is clear of personal items, debris, and accessible before the scheduled service. • If excessive prep is needed beyond normal expectations, additional charges may apply. Materials & Design • You may provide your own design or select from our standard layout options. • Material selections (mulch, rock, plants) must be finalized prior to project day. • We will provide recommendations based on soil, lighting, and aesthetic goals. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment. • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are subject to a $75 fee to cover lost time and preparation. Payment Terms • A 50% deposit is due at booking to secure your materials and project slot. • Remaining balance is due upon completion of the job. • We accept Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, and Cash App. Satisfaction Guarantee • All work is guaranteed to meet agreed-upon design and quality standards. • Contact us within 48 hours if anything needs adjustment—we’ll make it right.
