Booking & Scheduling • Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. • Larger or overgrown properties may require photos or a site walk-through for an accurate estimate. • Recurring clients may request trimming as part of their regular maintenance plan. Service Expectations • Our trimming includes: • Shaping, height control, and dead limb removal • Cleanup and disposal of trimmed material • We do not perform full bush/tree removal unless quoted separately. Access Requirements • All work areas must be accessible at the scheduled time. • Gates must be unlocked, and pets should be secured. • Please remove any outdoor items obstructing access (e.g., furniture, décor, tools). Cancellations & Rescheduling • Changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance. • Last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in a $25 cancellation fee. • Missed appointments due to lack of access will be treated as a billable visit. Weather Policy • Services may be delayed in the event of rain or unsafe working conditions. • You will be notified promptly and rescheduled at the earliest available time. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Late payments may delay future bookings.
