Service Description
Includes: Regular mowing, edging, trimming, leaf/debris blowing, light hedge trimming, and basic weed control in flower beds. Frequency: Weekly/bi-weekly maintenance. Excludes: Fertilization, pest control, aeration, or major pruning unless noted.
Booking & Scheduling • All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • You can book via phone, text, or our official website. • Time slots are first come, first served. Early booking is recommended. • Recurring service plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are available and prioritized for preferred scheduling. Service Scope Our full-service lawn maintenance includes: • Lawn mowing & edging • Weed removal & control • Bush/shrub trimming • Leaf cleanup • Debris removal • Seasonal fertilization (by request) • Light landscaping touch-ups (border cleanup, mulch prep, etc.) Note: Some services (e.g. fertilization, major leaf cleanup, mulch installs) may carry additional charges. We will confirm all extras with you before the job is performed. Quotes & Estimates • Properties with unique layouts or excessive overgrowth may require a free walkthrough or photos to finalize pricing. • All estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service. • Cancellations within 12 hours may result in a $25 fee. • Failure to provide property access may result in a full service charge. Property Access & Requirements • Gates must be unlocked and pets secured before our arrival. • Please clear the lawn of toys, furniture, cables, hoses, and debris before service. • We are not responsible for damage caused by items hidden in tall grass or under debris. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion unless you are on a recurring billing plan. • Accepted forms: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, or Cash App. • Recurring clients may receive weekly or bi-weekly invoices, depending on service level. • Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is paid. Weather Delays • In the event of rain or unsafe working conditions, your service will be rescheduled to the next available day. • We’ll notify you ASAP if weather impacts your appointment. Recurring Service Agreements • Recurring clients can cancel or change service with at least 7 days’ notice. • Rates may be adjusted seasonally, with prior notice given. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right—no questions asked.
