Booking & Scheduling • All fertilization services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Services are offered Monday through Friday, weather permitting. • You will receive a confirmation text or call after submitting your booking form. Service Scope • Includes application of premium fertilizer based on your lawn’s seasonal and nutrient needs. • Covers entire turf area unless otherwise specified. • Optional add-ons: weed control or dethatching. (may be scheduled separately). Lawn Preparation • Lawn should be recently mowed (within 1–2 days) for best absorption. • Do not water your lawn for 24 hours prior unless instructed otherwise. • Pets and children should remain off the treated area for at least 24 hours post-service. Access Requirements • Gates must be unlocked and pets secured on the service day. • If access is blocked, a $25 trip fee may apply for rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee. • Services may be delayed due to weather or soil saturation. Payment Terms • Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed upon otherwise. • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Late or missed payments may delay future bookings.
