Booking & Scheduling • All Dethatching services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Services are offered Monday through Friday, based on availability. • Appointment times are booked on a first come, first served basis and confirmed via call or text. Service Inclusions • Dethatching of lawn area using professional-grade equipment. • Bagging or mulching of thatch debris. • Optional haul-away of excess material (additional fee may apply for large volumes). Access Requirements • Service area must be free of obstacles, vehicles, and secured pets. • Gates must be unlocked on the scheduled date. • Inaccessible properties may incur a $25 trip fee if the service cannot be completed. Lawn Preparation • Lawn must be mowed 1–2 days before service for optimal dethatching results. • Sprinklers must be turned off the night before service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $25 fee. • Services may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather or ground saturation. Payment Terms • Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, Cash App. • Late payments may delay future bookings.
